Local, licensed, and insured vendors are always used. We do charge a 10% service fee on all gross receipts, capped at $250. Because of our relationship with vendors, we are always able to get the best prices (often at deep discounts) for our owners and provide professional, prompt service to tenants.
There is no service charge for the use of our in-house maintenance department which is offered exclusively to our fully managed properties.
