Portola Property Management specializes in full-service Property Management, Tenant Placement, and Property care in the Santa Cruz Area. Full-service means we efficiently manage the entire process including turnover, leasing, ongoing maintenance, and accounting. We take great pride in our ability to meet and exceed expectations by providing the highest return possible for property owners while at the same time providing quality housing for our residents.

We manage a large number of properties including homes, townhouses, condos, cottages, apartments, beach rentals and multi-unit properties. We are experts at property management and focus on what we do best. We do not do sales or vacation rentals but can refer you to local experts that would match your needs.

We maintain great relationships with local, licensed, and insured vendors which assures the best quality workmanship, best prices (often at deep discounts), and professional and prompt service to tenants. We do charge a 10% service fee on all gross receipts (maximum amount capped at $250). There is no service charge for the use of our in-house maintenance department which is offered exclusively to our fully managed properties.

In 2013, we were awarded the professional accreditation as a Certified Residential Management Company – CRMC. We are 1 of 5 in the entire state of California and the only CRMC in Santa Cruz and Monterey County.

Though there is not currently a property management category in the Good Times Best Of Awards, we still thank Santa Cruz for voting us Best of TWO years in a row in 2013 and 2014!
