Kathleen has lived in the Santa Cruz area for over 20 years and holds a BA in Int’l Studies/Economics and an MS in Management/Organizational Development.

Duties: Support Portola PM Owners/Tenants with their maintenance requests and provide excellent customer service.

Experience: Marketing & Video Production, Event Planning, Administrative experience.
Education: UCSC graduate with BA in Business Management, and a BA in Film & Digital Media
After Hours: Enjoys going to spin class, crafting and loves cats. Volunteers at the SC Animal Shelter.
Title: Leasing/Admin Assistant
Duties: Prepare rentals for advertising and showings. Process rental applications and prepare leasing documents. Support all departments regarding administrative tasks.
Experience: 8+ years in Customer Service and Management, Social Media Marketing, Brand Development, and Strategic Planning.
Education: Associates of Arts in Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Bachelors of Science in Business with a Certificate in Marketing from The University of Phoenix
