Kathleen has lived in the Santa Cruz area for over 20 years and holds a BA in Int'l Studies/Economics and an MS in Management/Organizational Development. She is a licensed Realtor/Broker and has been involved in Santa Cruz property management for 20 years.
In 2009 Kathleen received her MPM (Master Property Manager)Designation from NARPM. Fewer than 200 property managers across the nation hold this designation.
In 2007 Kathleen received her RMP (Residential Management Professional) Designation from NARPM (Nat'l Assoc of Residential Property Mgrs.) after completing rigorous coursework and years of professional experience. This prestigious designation is held by fewer than 400 property managers nationwide and is reflective of the professional commitment made to the industry by the recipient.
Kathleen has served on the Board of Directors of Sherman & Boone for 2007 & 2008. The NARPM Monterey Chapter Board as Vice President and Education Chair for 2007 & 2008, and the Property Management Association of Santa Cruz Board as Vice President for 2007. She currently holds the Chapter President position for NARPM Monterey for 2009 and is the California State NARPM VP for 2009-2010 |
Kathleen received her Brokers License in 2008.
